Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive your tracking details by email. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page, using your order number and email address.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by weather, holidays or other events outside our control. We’ll keep you updated.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping may cost extra.
