Orbit & Us (“we”, “us”) runs orbitandus.com and shop.orbitandus.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights over it.

- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Payment: payments are processed by our secure payment partner. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

- To process and deliver your order, and to send you order and shipping updates.
- To answer your questions and to process refunds for cancelled orders.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
- To send you news and offers, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed to complete your order:
- our production and delivery partners, to make and deliver your order, and
- our payment partner, to process your payment.
We never sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, accounting and tax law (generally up to 8 years for invoices), and delete or anonymise the rest when it’s no longer needed.

We use essential cookies for your cart, checkout and login. Without them, the shop can’t work.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing us. We’ll respond within 30 days.
